The first high-rise ever built in Guadalajara, Auras is a multi-tower complex of luxurious residential condominiums. This unique, urban experience is ideally situated in one of Mexico’s most historic cities. Characterized by its modern design and luxury finishes, Aura features floating staircases, marble countertops, loft ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Views of the city from the property are unparalleled.
After breaking ground in 2003, Auras was built in two phases. The first building, also known as the “Guadalajara Project,” is a 28-story tower – an ambitious undertaking as high-rises didn’t previously exist in the city at that time. American architect Michael Edmond of HOK was brought on to design the building, which sold out in two days during pre-sales, prior to breaking ground. Following the success of Aura’s first phase, the Grupo Anima team moved forward with plans to develop an even more ambitious three-tower complex adjacent to phase one. From 2003 to 2007, Guadalajara Towers two, three, and four were built, featuring one 44-story high-rise and two 28-story high-rises.
